The Promotion will run from 12.00pm AEDT 7 October 2015 through to 5.00pm AEDT 28 October 2015.

Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years who attended one of the Pronto Xi 730 launch events, completed the Pronto Xi 730 survey questions and comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Eligible Entrants”).

To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the draw, Eligible Entrants must submit their completed surveys at www.pronto.net/730/feedback by 5.00pm AEDT 28 October 2015. (“Eligible Entry”)

Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries, and entries submitted after 5.00pm AEDT 28 October 2015, will be invalid.

Employees, management and contractors of the Promoter and companies associated with this Promotion (including their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.

All completed surveys will automatically enter the random draw at 20 Lakeside Drive East Burwood VIC 3151 Australia on 29 October 2015 at 10:00am AEDT to win one of ten $100 cinema vouchers from Village/Event Cinemas (“Prize”).

The winner will be notified via email by 30 October 2015 and will be required to provide the Promoter with an Australian postal address. The winner’s Prize will be delivered to the winner’s Australian address within 28 days of the Event. Prizes will only be delivered to an address in Australia.

The winners’ names may be published online at www.pronto.net/730 and referenced in posts on Pronto Software’s LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook pages.

Only 1 entry per person is permitted.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply a Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrants’ names and addresses for future marketing or sales follow up, unless otherwise advised by the entrant on the entry form or by the entrant calling the Promoter on +61 3 9887 7770. Entrants can request access to or correction of their details by contacting the Promoter on +61 3 9887 7770.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or as a result of accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter offers no advice and accepts no taxation liability arising from or in connection with the Prizes offered under the promotion. Any taxation liability arising from winning a Prize is the responsibility of the Prize winner or their employer.

Should a winner be unable to accept a Prize due to employment regulations or any other reason, they will be offered the opportunity to direct the Promoter to donate their Prize directly to a charity of their choice on the winner’s behalf. If a winner decides to relinquish their Prize, the Promoter will judge the next most creative Eligible Entry within two weeks of such winner notifying them of the decision to relinquish their Prize, and will notify the subsequent winner within two business days of the judging.

The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
