Auricchio Provolone Dolce is Italy’s No 1 Provolone. It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk and is produced in the Po valley region. It is moulded by hand, no matter the size shape or form.

Flavour: Mild, milky and slightly sweet.

How to use: Ideal cheese for everyday occasions such as slicing, melting, grating, adding it to grazing platters and a great table cheese. Also, it is the perfect cooking ingredient, especially on pizza, melted on meat and chicken dishes, sliced in sandwich or cut into chunks and eat it on its own.
Pairings: Cured meat, olives, roasted red peppers, chargrilled artichokes, and spicy chili jams or chutneys and hearty bread drizzled with olive oil. Also, with Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Sauvignon and Fiano Salento wines.
