Capriccio Asiago Semi-Matured is made with cow’s milk in the alpine area of Asiago, Italy. The wheel of cheese is covered with a black wax to represent it’s prestigiousness.

Colour: Pale straw yellow in colour and pitted with tiny holes.
Flavour: Full and creamy flavour
Aroma: Fresh
How to use: As a table cheese as well as an appreciated ingredient for a variety of tasty salads. Also excellent with sandwiches and salads as it be easily cut, cubed, sliced or melted.
Pairings: Berry jams, sliced pear and grapes, and pasta and risotto. As well with good wines like sauvignon blanc wine and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine.
