Buffalo Bocconcini is a soft, white curd cheese moulded into bit sized balls. Buffalo Bocconcini is made from pasteurised Buffalo’s Milk (80%), pasteurised Cow’s Milk (19.5%). Texture is creamy and springy. It has a clean milky lactic flavour with a delicate sweetness. Enjoy buffalo bocconcini in a salad of rocket and red onion and seasonal fruit, such as grilled nectarines or fresh on top of pizza.
