5 tbsp. Colavita Premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1 lemon.
1 tablespoon Colavita capers
1 tin x 400g Capriccio Cannellini Beans, rinsed, drained
200g Capriccio Tuna in olive oil (crumbled)
50g rocket salad shredded
- Place the olive oil, lemon juice, beans, capers and rocket in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the tuna with its oil to the bean mixture. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
