Made using 100% natural ITALIAN peppers, seasonally harvested and hand selected to produce a super concentrated and flavoursome pepper sauce.

Peppers are a great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and fibre.

Spread on pizza bases, antipasti, bruschetta, an addition to your favourite pasta sauces and as a topping for meat dishes.
Additionally, it can also be used as an ingredient during the traditional salumi process.
